Please fax your orders to (323)584-0099. You are welcome to use the purchase order form provided below. If you are not using this form, please remember to include your contact information on your fax.

3. Email Orders:
| For orders via email, please send to sales@sunnysunglasses.com. A sales executive will reply promptly to confirm your order. If you already know your sales executive´s email address, you may contact them directly.

* A minimum order of $300 is required to start an account.
** In the event that a requested style is out-of-stock, your sales representative will notify you before the order is processed
*** For California businesses, please fill out the provided Seller´s Permit Form and return by fax

Shipping Methods:
1. UPS, FedEx, and United States Postal Service
a. Costs of shipping will be paid by the customer (including COD service fee, if applicable)
b. Shipping rates are contingent upon location, delivery time, and quantity ordered
c. Same-day shipping will be available for all orders placed before 3:00 PM, and shipped through UPS
2. Preferred Trucking
a. If a trucking company is preferred, please provide us with the contact information, and the pick-up
