Policies:
- All returns, exchanges and claims must be made within 15 days from the date of invoice, and merchandise must be returned in its original packaging (dozens only)
- Returns, exchanges and claims made after the 15th day from the invoice date will be subject to the following penalties:
- Returned after 15 days: 15% restocking fee
- Returned after 1 month: 30% restocking fee
- Returned after 2 months: 50% restocking fee
- No returns accepted after 3 months
- No returns will be accepted without an authorization number
- No returns or exchanges are accepted on promotional items
- Past due accounts are subject to a finance charge of 2.0% per month
- In case collection is needed, all costs and attorney fees will be added
- Price may change without prior notice
